Can I return or exchange my item?

for sizing issues, you can exchange your piece within 90 days of receiving it as long as it is in the same condition. for other issues, please reach out to studio@leenacho.com and we will do our best to make things right.
How long will it take to receive my order?

For made-to-order items, there is a 2-4 week lead time to create the items, in addition to the shipping time calculated based on your location and carrier.

For ready-to-ship items, it will be packed and sent out within 2-3 business days in addition to the shipping time.

If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified promptly. As an independent artist and maker, I appreciate your patience and support!
Do you take custom orders?

Although I can only afford to take on a small number of custom projects each season, it is my greatest pleasure to work intimately on special customs with you. If you have a custom bespoke project in mind, don't hesitate to reach out here or at studio@leenacho.com.
