shipping timeline
Each product page will have the lead time listed. For made-to-order items, there is a 2-3 week lead time. For ready-to-ship items, it will be packed and sent out within 2-3 business days.
If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified promptly. As an independent artist and maker, I appreciate your patience and support!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times can vary depending on your location.
international shipping
- All items are shipped from my studio in the US.
- International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). local taxes, customs duties, or import fees are not included in the price at checkout.
- Any fees requested by the country's carrier will need to be paid by the buyer.
- If a package is rejected or unclaimed at customs because a buyer declines to pay these local fees, the package will eventually be returned to my US studio. In these cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from your final product refund.
