US Shipping Policy
Each product page will have the shipping lead time listed in the shipping/return section. For pieces that are listed as made-to-order, it will range between 2-6 weeks. For ready-to-ship items, it will range from 3-7 days.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your piece within 90 days of receiving it. If it is a ring that is too small or large, I can resize it for you. Please send a request through here or at leenacho.art@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can return your piece within 30 days of receiving it. Please send a request through here or at leenacho.art@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
International Shipping & Customs Policy
If you are ordering from outside of US, please take a moment to review my international customs and tax policy before purchasing:
- All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the prices displayed on our website do not include local Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, or import fees imposed by your destination country.
- If you are ordering from the EU, the UK, or other international regions, your local postal system or customs authority will hold your package and require payment of these fees (such as VAT, custom duties and other fees) before final delivery can be made.
- The buyer is responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and handling fees required by their country's customs laws.
- If a package is rejected or unclaimed at customs because a buyer declines to pay these local fees, the package will eventually be returned to my US studio. In these cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from your final product refund.
